How many formal complaints have been made up the chain-of-command? (Formal meaning: in written form).
If that procedure was followed properly, then how many of those failed attempts at resolution have been escalated to my attention?
The point I'm trying to make is that I check in here every once and awhile only to find out that although leadership may be slacking here and there ..... the players are whining disproportionately. This is a TEAM EFFORT.
