Cant install NR. "there was an unexpected problem..."

During the installation it says
file c:\windows\st6unst.000 exists, its content
then I press OK button
install begins
progress bar appeares
and then again error
in c:\windows\st6unst.000
In C:\Westwood\NightRegulator are Souces.zip and empty VIP.txt
That's all....
