The bottom left is An actual downloadable graphics demo from Nvidia, designed for the 8800 Ultra. I tried it out on my 8800gts and it wasnt too bad.
ID software has always used OpenGL and they have some really, really cool stuff in the works. Generally speaking, OpenGL usually runs faster and preforms better, especially on Nvidia cards.
This is really cool because it means that you can, in the future, use less processing power for better looking graphics. And you wont need Vista

Linux may even work (because it supports OpenGL)
THe BLack dude is From Crysis. And I believe, Matix, that the second row right is from the New Unreal tournament that is coming out.. Hence the Unreal Logo
