Since this is starting to go off topic I will be brief: TS3 will also have better audio codecs which will make it sound more 'clear' like Ventrilo. And it will have a tabbed structure so that you can be on multiple servers at once.

;) There is. At the top, go to 'settings' and choose 'input/output settings'. That will allow you to mess around with a few things. Also, in your control panel you should be able to adjust your microphone under 'audio devices'.

They said TS3 will have major improvements within the net code. My primary reason for looking up to it is improved drivers + codecs, as well as the greatest feature: "lessened the time between when the talker speaks and the receiver gets it."

Not to mention, most channels don't require registration or permission to speak. So it's not that big of a deal to 'not register'. Though we obviously prefer it (and may require it when the new Teamspeak 3 comes out) ;)
