So. The way it works is every 3 months i get a raise. For the past 6 months I havent gotten it. When i was hired i was also suppose to get a $3 raise for driving.
Now in order to download my bank statements and add up my hours i needed a program. So i could go back in, count up my hours and then figure out how much he didnt pay me.
It became a problem for a few reason.
1. I got both my brothers a job, one has been working with us for a few months less then me and my other brother started a month ago. I found out that my brother is being paid more then me. Which is really really f*cked up because I do all the driving, all the supervising and its my mother f*cking neck on the line if sh*t gets f*cked up. My phone bill is huge from making long distance calls to the 10 or so contactors i have to talk to and still im getting f*cked.
So my boss gets a second vehicle and because im the only one with a valid drivers license I do the driving. He wont give me either of my raises so what I did was start charging him from the second i left my house to the second I got home. Imo its fair because it was a huge slap in the face to me when he gave my brother a raise and not me.
If he was f*cking smart about it, he would have given me my raises cause i do over 3 hours of driving a day minimum.
Now the real kick in the nuts is. We were doing a big job for Velux(skylight place) We had to get on the top rung of a 16 foot ladder. If anyone else is aware of the law, the top rung is not allowed. No saftey gear, nothing. If it was an extension ladder sure but it was a folding ladder. My brother Brian who got the raise flat out refused to get up that high cause he is a pussy. But hey, he can get paid more to stand there and do nothing while im on a ladder ontop of 20 feet of scafolding.
