Well I was planing on making the House network hub with RAID for manly speed and size (each HD is about 80GB), With help from Widnowes Server, I'm going to get a work domain system working so anyone can log on to their account with any computer. So RAID will help with the speed when I have the whole fammily moving files, installing, etc.

Odds are you don't need RAID.

What are you hoping to accomplish? Speed? Performance? Fault tolerance? Redundancy?

I have 4 Hard Drives here, and would like to know the best RAID Set up for the server. I juat got a new RAID controller installed so it will reconise the size, and the firmware.
