Well, the Video card is allways going to rase the price, they are not cheep.

<3sies. I looked at hp and dell... the gfx card is just so bad. bumps price up 130 from starting point to get a decent one

Honestly, that's an easy budget to work around (especially these days). When I built my first PC my budget was $500 and I managed a full PC for $495.

I'll look around though, and figure something. :)

Creb Cakes that is.

He needs a desktop for 900 dolla. looking for advice/setup.

He needs everything from a headset to a cpu:
cpu
keyboard
monitor
mouse
mousepad
headset

If you can make most of this work for around 900, and think its at least a decent gaming rig that can run 90% of games out there(right now), then post up your ideas plz.
