I would still buy the cheaper processor and get a solid state drive as it only consumes 2 watts max compared to the 12.6 watts the regular drive takes. Lasts longer is faster and the price of them are dropping like a rock.

Always go for the best you can afford as the software developes so rapidly that makes the better processor keep its value for a longer period. Squirrel Cat and I do not play Ren at home anymore (deleted the game when they went back to school). I still have Ren loaded at my work so he can play on Saturdays if he comes to work with me.
At home we now play Combat Arms - great fun but not as addictive or time consuming.
