Well it looks like i'm gonna be investing in some more crap, new poer supply and it still does the same thing. I'm just gonna rebuild the whole thing unless someone has anymore ideas on what the problem may be.(Except for the mobo)

Well Drkpwn3r has helped me rule it down to ONE SIMPLE THING. Common sense should told me that the damn power supply is going bad. Guess what power supply is in it? Or for another way to boot up into safe mode. (Only if your PC is still running, you can use this as an alternative)
Start > Run > msconfig
Then go to the BOOT.INI tab and check the box that says /SAFEBOOT

Well I just recently recieved my parts for my CPU earlier today. Which consisted of a HDD/Controller and a HDD cooler. I got the HDD installed fine, the OS is installed fine. Now when i go to boot up my CPU it locks up @ the login. I took out the RAM cards that were in it and put in a shitty 256MB ...

Alright when this happens it's because of a simple problem of where the thread is stuck in the driver. This is a STOP error that pertains specifically to an NVIDIA video card. It shows up if you are using the Nv4.sys video driver to support the NVIDIA card.

Alright, i'd be glad to help you in this matter but here's the problem. Please post the exact number of the Stop Error.
Examples:
Stop 0x0000000A or IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
Stop 0x0000001E or KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED
