So, what about custom commands?

Hello,

I am currently hosting a few renegade servers.
A few things I would like help on,
A suggestion for a good Co-Op server side mod?
A suggestion for a CCTF server side mod?
How do I go about adding custom commands?
Like for instance.... "!turret" builds a turret at my location and takes 500 ...
