Well, Goku had one hell of a time rebooting. The file prevented the PC and all from shutting down but he got it to shutdown eventually. Anyways, it's safe to say we won't use NR anymore. The reason I was uninstalling it was to install the latest beta from my machine onto his dedicated machine ...

[BUG] Deletion Error
Okay, I have everything completely off (no NR on process list, etc) and I can't delete the NightRegulator folder because the following file: mswinsck.ocx claims it is in use. I (along with my buddy Goku) can't get the piece of crap to go anywhere. So, how to fix the issue?
