AOW + CTF statistics/modlists/banlists/etc merged

The admins have decided to merge the AOW and CTF statistics, modlists, banlists, recs, etc. all together. That means if you get recs in AOW, you'll have them in CTF. And the other way around. It also means if you're banned on one server, you're banned on both. So be on your best behavior!

Nightma12 also took the time to write a script to merge all stats. So if you had 200 recs on AOW and you had 50 recs on CTF .... you'll now have a total of 250 displayed on both servers.

If anyone has any problems, feel free to bring it up here in this topic.

Does this effect the ladder on either server?

No, ladders remain unique to each server.

so for us mods on the lower end does this mean we need to be active in both servers now to get a promotion or evn to become a mod?

In short yes.

Those who are active on both servers, as well as complying with the other requirements will be 'fast tracked' for promotion. If you are active solely on one server, you will be much less likely to be selected for mod status and you certainly not obtain high-level modship.
