Little does he know, the more email, irc, posts, etc. that he keeps sending he's giving me more and more proof to use against him when I call up his ISP. The abuse department will permanently close his account without refund (probably his parents account since I'm guessing he's about 10yrs old) and they'll never host him again. He'd have to find a new ISP. lol ownt

His CPE address suggests Hermon, NY. And the ISP is based out of WI but provides services to other states. (However, btw, Maryland it not one of them lol)

I just got off the phone with his ISP. I'm not making a formal complaint on paper so they can take action on it. I hope his parents tear his *ss to pieces. xD
