Prob. a bad install disc then. Return it and get another copy.

I bought it once and the errors came, so I returned it.

The new one is exactly the same. Now, they don't let me return it, because it's "been removed from it's original packaging" and "it's a PC Game".

Game are usually fairly good with returns, I am surprised they are being assholes about it. Try taking it back another day, maybe you just got some retard on the sales desk.

I might just give it to a mate - it might not work on my PC =/

Take it back and get a 'replacement'. - Once you have your replacement, dont open it, but take it home. Return the next day with the game intact in its originaly packageing and request a refund

Most places won't refund PC games even if they are in the original packaging.

After it's been opened, most places require you to only be able to exchange it for the same thing. Worth a shot. Target or Bestbuy does this

Trust me, I've done an exchange. I had the problems with my first disk and I did it with my new one. It still does it. So, it's probably my laptop being a faggot.
