Somebody, get Renkeypr to post in this topic, he should be checking back here regularly, especially being a member of TsuClan and having banned somebody from the server. I'm not pleased with the pace that this is moving along at.

let me make it short and sweet, I was in an art and they was rushing i was hit his vehicle and it look like he jump out and healed his vehicle instantly from my point of view. I announce to all to get out of the tunnels so that i can test gdi one at a time starting with my44mag. I announce to him three times that i wanted him to come to the tunnel, even sin was present when i kept telling him to come to the tunnel, i even PM him with no reply. Now i don't know how many times that i have to tell him to come to the tunnels for testing but three is my max. Unfortunately, i kick him for not comply to test, joarp got upset, but all players are subject to test if thought cheating, i kick three others during the next few games because i caught red handed doing it in front of me or sneaking up on them. I will not apologized for kicking him because I gave him ample time with both pm and announcing it to him. If the leaders feel that i was unjust then please let me know.

You all really need to take the time to log in and make your posts. Or at least put your name in there so its not "Guest".

Chris nobody is asking you to apologize, I know you tried to get him to go take the test alot of times, but pannounce would have done miracles... he wasn't cheating at all so he just should be unbanned IMO

So in short:

Renkeypr: I asked my44mag for a test in the tunnels several times, both paging him and using public chat. I did not use !pannounce (correct me if you did.)

My44mag: I did not know that I was being tested because I did not check the public chat and could not view pages. I did not notice that the rest of GDI was being tested.

Correct me if any of that is inherently wrong.

Things we've learned from this:

• My44mag needs to be more careful lest a similar incident occur.
• Renkeypr needs to be certain that someone is outright refusing to be tested before he bans them, and needs to make sure he keeps checking the forums.
