Tech; If it's getting that bad that she needs a knife, I'd start keeping an eye on her everywhere she goes. I wouldn't let someone walk over my woman, despite how much stronger/bigger/older they are. Few things here about the police. They dont do sh*t except give out a restraining order or maybe if they arrive when hes there, he goes to jail for a few days at best. Cyclops, that rule only applys for bigtime things and would require some serious proof, and would barely ammount to a slap on the wrist unless it was a heist or a murder. Flooded agian, if he gives his gf a knife and teachers her to protect herself, theres no crime a shitty lawyer wont get you out of there.

It is perfectly legal in the US to carry a f*cking shotgun around with you so why not a knife, and as long as its less then 3.5 inches you can even conceal it. If some one is trespassing on your property with intent on harming you, you can shoot them in the face and poke their corpse. Normally if you stab someone in the body it is atempted murder, arms/legs wont be, but theres an upshot to this situation. In a domestic disturbance whatever situation they always side with a woman over a man. Mace is a good idea too but technically it is considered illegal to conceal pepper spray. Notice how i said pepper spray because thats all you can get from the self defence places, mace is reserved for people that have a better purpose for it (cops, military, ext). This is all for Colorado, different states/counties probably have vary on that kind of stuff.

If this were my girl and all this was taking place in a rural setting where the response time of cops was over 15-20 min, id break into this guys place tatoo him with a bat, cut his phone line, and slash his tires. If hes stalking a woman all crazy and sh*t, he wont call the police. And even if he did, a woman beater deserves an *ss whooping and ill gladly take a few months off for it and be a hero to my cell mates.

Bottom line, the police aint a card in my deck. They dont do sh*t and cant be trusted.

And no, you cannot conceal or even carry a shotgun with you. You're smokin too much weed. You can't carry any weapon with you unless you're licensed to do so. And only professionals (police, security forces, etc.) are permitted.

As for the knife comment: he gave it to her and told her to stab him in the stomach and twist. That sounds like attempted murder to me. And he would definitely be accessory. If she's too dumb to defend herself and handle this situation herself, then she'd be too dumb to lie or try to protect Ruiner in court.

Ruiner: don't f*ck yourself over. If you're going to get involved then you need to do it the right way. If you want to take justice "into your own hands" then YOU need to do it yourself - and not pawn it off on a girl. Beat his *ss. I never said you could conceal a firearm, if you do its jail for a long long time. But lets say you just bought one from wal-mart, how are you going to take it home if you cant cary it? As long as its registered and unmodified (not sawn-off or rifling was messed with) it is legal to cary it in the open. There's probably some factors involved like it has to be unloaded or in a gun case though.

Give her a knife (cause I know you already have regardless) and confront the cocksucker, but yah, try not to swing first or use a bat cause it could bite you in the *ss. But would be well worth it.

Yeah, the law is something like "you cannot have live ammunition, it must have the safety on, it must be in a case, and you must be going straight home or storing it in your trunk". Something like that.
