Looks like I didn't understand your grammar before.

Iccy (spell it right please) gave the nickname to us to use, Ajay knows the password because he was the first admin of the server and was involved with the whole affair. He then buggered off and tried to cause trouble for us by crashing the server, we stopped him. My guess is that you have the password from Ajay or his little friend (I've forgotten his name). I do not know who the f*ck Adam is.

XWIS has sided with us and the server is ours, give up.

Just using some common sense here to clear things up.

with these two things on the table, I guess I cant really understand what the problem is.
Nick giving to tsu by owner and XWIS ruling its TSUs nick, pretty much rules out any point you could possible have to try and claim the nick.

also after seing tsugaming hosting on 05 you are the ones who are doing nothing with it we care about the 05 nickname and looking how things are going with tsugaming you dont ur servers are empty 24/7 especially the cctf your irc server also empty the mods never seen them ingame

In that case, it looks to me like you're either being lied to, or you're extremely ignorant. Iccy gave us the 05 nick, not Ajay. kill4ya2 is nothing, just a kid with an attention deficit.

plus, our servers are popular 3/4 times of the day, which shows you don't even play on Rene that long to find out. Our mods are on IRC almost 24/7 checking if things are okay, or just doing something. Tsu cares, trust me.
