Here are some points I'd like to make, after reviewing the logs myself ... and reading your posts:

• It is possible for someone to take damage from a rocket (or anything for that matter, but definitely with fast moving objects like a rocket) while it looks like the projectile is nowhere near you. (ie. short, or too far to the side). So this back and forth complaint about rockets being hacks is pretty weak without any proof. It's Renegade.
• From what I saw with the killing, Hitman refilled four times in short succession and then Medici used !kill on him twice. Considering Hitman is supposedly a pro player (don't take my comment the wrong way Hitman, I just don't know you well enough to make my own opinion) and should have been able to play fairly again Medici ... and considering this is a new server where we're debating a "no refill" setting in SSGM ... I personally don't see anything wrong with the !kill command being used at this time. It wasn't necessary and was a little low on both people's part, but it's not like it continued to happen (before or after) this one incident.
• If Hitman was !kick'd (temp ban) for "sk" that to me says "spawn killing". Which may have happened, but even in that case it'd be a !warn. So I'm assuming by Medici's post and what he's told me that the !kick hitman sk was actually for RGH. That being said....
• I have asked Medici to post these videos in the Moderator section for all of the moderators to see (myself included) and we will make a judgement on that. If the videos aren't posted immediately or they're not immediately conclusive and require some sort of discussion/vote ... your temp ban will be lifted while we wait.

All in all, this appears to be a mix of a player abusing refills in a new infantry server against an admin ... and an admin throwing him an extra firm hand. Pending the results of this cheat video discussion, I'd say:

• Remove the ban
• Update the rules to say "no refilling" or configure SSGM to block refills
• Next time you suspect someone of RGH and feel you've collected proof, use that as the reason not "sk"

ehh... i refilled once and straight after he already !kill'd me twice... i dont know where u get those refill logs from but i refilled once back of bar while he shot me twice from in mesa cave...

i never even was on nod... and those werent refills cause he hit me or anything, just cause i wanted a different character to play with...

i only refilled O N C E in battle. so did he.

also... look at the time i 'refilled'

• This isn't standard AOW. And to be completely honest, I have no idea what SSGM mode this map was even on. It is common (both in-game and in the logs) for purchases to have the wrong faction.
• When you're a free character such as a soldier you can either click refill or buy a new soldier and it has the exact same effect = a refill of health and ammunition. You're not retarded, and you know this.
• You refilled your health/ammo four times, and then switch characters immediately after that. All of these FIVE health/ammo refills happened within two seconds of eachother.

I'm the only one here batting for you Hitman. So I'd take it easy.

lol u can have ur ban i dont care no more... ur obviously on his side u would shoot me for refilling once or switching out character(costing me money...) but im sure he can just get away with banning me and using !kill on me twice with a 'sorry i was mistaken' post after you have finally come to the conclusion that i didnt cheat... ever... which hopefully will happen before 2010

Meddy, you know I have nothing against you... but here's in opinion (And I'm stating this because this really hardly seem fair):

* First, this is a new server, in testing stage. Only probably Meddy and flooded knew about the no refill rule (because I refill all the time, except when its sniping only), and hitman did not. Meddy did not even give him a warning or anything, but just !kill commands and that seems to me like abuse.
*Second, the same could be said about spawn killing (no rules about it, no warning, he did not know).
*Thirdly, Meddy knew about the refill rule, yet he refill anyways. Hitman did not once again.

Conclusion: Hitman gets kicked for RGH, with no test done - yet it says sk. And !killed for refilling.

When the !kill comand is used, it switches that player to the other team then switches him back, and that's what this is about.

As for the refilling and spawnkilling, I would have to agree with Spoontard and Hitman, there is NO rule aobut that, nor has one been discussed as far as I know. I think medici was just getting frustrated. I really think the !kill's were not warranted (abuse), and the !kick was ridiculous, for the fact you never brought up RGH nor tried to test him. Quite the double standard (though I still have not seen the video)

If you'll read my post you'll notice that I didn't say "remove the ban and give him a !warn". That's because it wasn't in the rules and therefore he didn't do anything wrong. It was just poor judgement just like Medici's.

Spoontard: I could care less about a single spawn kill. I didn't even mention that in my post. And yes, if I was attacking a building and a defender spawned there I'd kill them without mercy.

Hitman: I'm the only person above Medici in the community. So it's not about "siding with him". I'm just saying if anyone is going to over rule his accusations of abuse, it'd be me. No one else. That's all I was saying.

Spurs: that is an excellent point that I will look into when I get back from dinner!

Medici: How many times do you claim he refilled? And where are those videos??

obviously this cool 16 year old just flipped out and took it out on me... k thx unban me since he's probably lieing about having made a fraps of me annihilating him... just wanted to see if he could abuse his power and get away with it... to bad sorry kid
