The video is definitely supicious (I remember watching this before), but it's not entirely conclusive in my opinion. If he's retarded enough to use an objects hack so blatantly he'll get caught again right away.

Put the mods on high alert and have them test him randomly.

hmmm, I knew spock from way back in the day at n00bless. pretty sure this is the same guy. Wouldnt have ever guessed he was cheating, was always a very respectfull person.

That video doesnt show ROF either. So what exactly was he banned for?

You can not time betweeen shots, longer and shorter, he may not have hit the button to fire a shot for a half a second once. so that really isnt in the picture.

ROF you would see 2 drops in health, no matter how fast u set it to fire, your still gonna see Drop drop. even a split second difference. TBH that was nothing more then lag.
