RULES AMENDED

I don't know how you've set up house bets, but I don't think it's very fair from what I've seen. It should be something like either:

PERSON-TO-PERSON: you can bet person to person, where both people agree on the bet (which is basically what you have going in this thread). Max per person is 100.

HOUSE: you can bet against the house, if you win you get the recs - if you lose the bet you lose DOUBLE what you wagered. Betting against the house should be very risky since people are trying to get free recs out of it. Max against house is 50 recs.

Max overall = 300.

So... I know you guys didn't formally agree to it, but that's how we've always done it around here and I'm going to make that change right now.

So if you bet against the house, and you lose the bet - the house is gunna take 2x whatever you bet from you (or set you to 0, if you dont have that amount). If you win, you can still have whatever you bet (max of 50).

I can't believe that interception for a 100yrd touchedown BS. Wtf is that crap?! That was a huge buzzkill. The Cardinals offense is terrible.

I couldn't see any of it, lol customers were talking about it the whole time, and I heard the steelers were up 20-7 halftime, I was disappointed. I wanted it to be close, but then I heard the last 2 mins it was 23-20 cards and I was like oh sh*t that's crazy, but then heard the steelers pulled a last min td.. I'm glad it was close, the close ones are the most exciting.

lol I love exciting football games when they're being played, but I become pissed beyond belief when my team loses that game... I HATE THE CARDINALS!

What do you guys think about holding events like this for other sports? IE for NBA and MLB? I don't follow either nearly as much as I do for nfl, but is it worth a shot?

Maybe when Danpaul get's TSU Points working again, we can use those as a wager.

As for this game: Cardinals handed them the game. Steelers played and average game, and the Cardinals definitely had what it took to win. They just fouled up too many times.
