In the future, we need the CIO to review material first. There are two fundamental errors made on your part: [1] TSN versus TGN [2] The mission statement is written out wrong (though close).
Being in the spotlight is a great experience for our community, but performers don't want to be center stage unless they're at their very best. We misrepresented ourselves in a few ways, but hopefully this becomes a positive evolution.
If you can have that statement updated, please do so immediately.
Also, make sure our xfire information is 100% accurate and points them to teamspeak as well as the forums.
