God all the drama - I thought I was watching a soap opera.

Would it have been better for him to outright ban Stone instead of qkick?
That would have required proof - which is almost impossible to get with the improvements in RGH. The ability to turn off the hack so the test will be clean makes testing impossible. That only leaves fraps which rarely shows enough detail to convict someone who is very good at hacks.

Best way to deal with someone who everybody thinks hacks is to put it to a community vote for ban. Say around 80% to ban and if it doesn't pass then everyone stfu about it from then on.

which is exactly what we've done for stone, he didn't get the 80% of mod votes required to ban so he's still here, but anywho, this topic is about rsdudey's sporadic and what appears to be always inappropriate misuse of moderator ability.

He's only a temp mod and from the looks of his logs has only used that for qkicking people that were suspected of "hax" without providing any related forum topics for the accused to defend themselves or even attempting to find proof. This is not the way Tsunami Gaming moderators act, nor the face we want to put on our server.

His status as moderator has been handled.

i still dont know why he reported this in first place a qkick just boots him out he can come back in like 1 second so i confused why he has to complain about it for, i only qkick like 3 ppl in the entire time i modded and 2 of them i had bout 10 ppl imin me to do it on both teams so yeah, i follow the rules i dont qkick unless i have total ability to believe they using rgh as i been training up in how to detect it being on and off during a game, my mate uses it on his alt and i monitor how things are with it, so i accept the warning and, fact is i stil think he shud get a ban bout 100 people have accused him of haxing, so he must do it with rgh 1.3.3 that allows you to turn on and off during a game. but that decisison is up to fl00d and i always respect his choices, no i aint butt kissing, im just admiting i done something wrong and accepting punishment, now please end this topic as the messages seem to be just people complaning bout other stuff really.

as far as you're concerned, i am the formal "ultimate authority" over renegade in tsugaming... yes, fl00d can preempt me, but he's appointed me to make decisions like this so that he doesn't have to.... and for a moderator as inactive in the community as you, i don't think he'll see fit to waste his time... much less waste his time and decide you behaved in the right
