Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe we are talking about a model here sadistik, now a skin My limited knowledge of skins basically revolves around the fact that skins wrap around models, so changing a skin cannot change the size or shape of the object. but again i say, i may be wrong.

I don't know who this person is. Tbh full mods+ start a vote, giving reasons for and against if other admins believe a vote is needed.

Lee favors him as a friend so idk, maybe a mod vote? i personally think he should stay banned. It could be possible that he was trying to get the effects of bighead without having the heads actually look big. like for screen shots. although the reticle would still be red, atleast i think, it would be like superbodis except its not enlarging bullets it just makes the head seem normal size.

a) The Tsunami Gaming Network has a ZERO TOLERANCE cheating policy. This means if you are caught cheating or found by decision to be cheating you will be permanently banned.

Just because BIATCH flags someone as a cheater doesn't mean they intended on cheating.

This guy hasn't played Renegade in a very long time and came back to a server that is very observant of cheats. When he loaded a skin pack it contained a file that excited BIATCH and it auto-banned him for a reason that is unknown to us.

Nightma12 and I took some time today to do some tests. We checked through the BIATCH logs, did some research on false positives, and loaded up the files that ompster had loaded and nothing was triggered this time and the file was in fact NOT big head (it was just zoomed in, but the model size itself was normal).

After some serious discussion, Nightma12 (with my agreeance) has decided to lift his ban. Our logic is that even *IF* it were an intentional cheat (which is the worst case scenario) he wouldn't be able to do it again even if he tried. It's not like someone caught him using RGH or something. it was an objects modification that was flagged by BIATCH and process by NR ... and we think it may have been a NR bug. In either case, his ban has been lifted and we've agreed to keep an extra close eye on him.

Nightma12 and I ask that all of you give him a fair chance (considering we did our homework and concluded that there was nothing 'cheat' related in the file that was flagged as a cheat) and not regard him as a cheater.
