ok, this guy i've warned twice for !noob abuse and looking at his rlog its loaded with abuse so i tried to !addkick him bc he left the game then i looked at the rlog and:

i allowed him back just bc i might forget about him n idk if its a text error or not but fix it plx =D

text error - use !kicked instead, added to my todo list to fix on next version
