ok, this is key to messing with ppl hehe. to do it:
1. open up a "notepad" its an application in the accesories folder
2. type "command.com" inside the notepad
3. save it as (random name).bat for example "3223423.bat"
4. under the "save" portion theres the "save as type" section, it should say "text documents [*txt]" or somethin like that, click the arrow thingy and select "all files"
5. save it to an easy access location like the desktop or my documents and ur good 2 go!

thats all i know how to do on a comp besides net send lmao

This brings back memories of working at NSA...where we used to "net send" the hell out of eachother...it was like internal IM'ing for government lazies. But it was fun!

our webmistress/librarian/IT-Head had to come "fix" my government teacher's computer one day... she spent like 20 minutes back there and we're all like FTW? so one of us gets a closer look at the screen and.... SOLITAIRE!!!! she then proceeded to tell the teacher she didn't know what was wrong and that it'd have to be shipped to the county office... LOL-OCAUST!

It's easy!

Open a command prompt, type: net send (domain name or user) (text)

Like:

C:\>net send fl00d3d you suck balls
(enter)

:-) Fun!
