I was already suspicious of Teul0n when he destroyed Curt120's light tank as chaingunner (in one shot according to Curt) I then asked for him to post a SS but he wouldn't respond, I gave him a minute to respond and he left. Some screenshots:
Cycl0ps may back me up, he didn't really play a part in it but he observed what was going on... Sorry if this is a little garbled or whatever, I have the flu or something and I can't think straight.

!addban Teul0n, FTW. It clearly states in the !showrules if you are asked to give a test and you don't you will be banned...

You should also try to verify in the logs that he didn't crash. Otherwise, yes, test refusal = ban.

I think he didnt cheated, I was standing in front of the WF while the tank got blown up (as far as my eye can reach) by an C4.

But as for the fact u get banned for not doing the test then the ban is correct.

it only does up to 120 characters.... so it parses off the end of the rules when it displays them

but as this topic appears to be resolved, i say we take NR concerns elsewhere and leave this thread open incase he comes to argue his case

Why did Curtis say "LEAVE"?

He was REALLY pissed at the guy that I was asking for a screenshot, but I told him to calm down and that he wasn't helping things on ts, and he did.

My point is: if a mod told the guy to leave, and he did ... that's not exactly "asking for a test"...
