[BANNED] Anti-CheatHackModBot

I had only been in-game for about five minutes when loads of people starting calling him a cheat. AceSFE and ohmypants had already been in-game with him before I got there, and they both had suspicions about him so i !0wn'ed me, anti, ace and oh, to conduct a test. He was told clearly not to leave and to complete the test. The map ended serveral minutes into the test, at which point just before, he said he had to go. So following the rules I !addban 'ed in IRC:

Ask AceSFE or Ohmypants, the two other mods present for any quieries.

If someone is banned for non-compliance or because they were caught cheating (proof) then you don't have a choice: ban them.

I wan present when this all happened. In fact i think i was the final straw with the mods testing him. I can attest to the fact that he was warned not to leave or ban. He did not respond but did not leave the game fr at least 10 sec after the warning was issued. He definately had something going. I know i am not the best player but one bullet from an automatic rifle killed me (it happened so fast the game didn't even register the direction of fire till i was one the ground I had full armour/life when it happened). Anyway I just thought I would say a big thanks to the Mods fast and determined testing.

Sounds like "Rate of Fire".
I host the Anticheat clan, btw. And I've spoke to their leader (C4Smoke) about anticheat clan people being caught cheating and he said that there was this guy going around by the name of that has been using ROF trying to make =AC= clan look bad.
Since this is the second time I've heard of an AntiCheat clan member cheating in our server, I decided to do a little detective work:

All things considered I think we can assume two things:
- This is the same guy as a previous cheater

Good you banned the cheater. We were on city flying, I was on the bridge with a med after I killed the strip. I was doing this thing while I rep, I hold down my rep button, and enter in and out of my tank while still moving forward. About 5 seconds into it, while I was still moving i got out and before I hit the ground he hit me with an hs first shot. I was like "...alright then"

Nah, it's pretty easy to figure out who is cheating and who is a prior convicted cheater. We got some nice methods down.
