Like I have said before and so has fl00d, but it's mainly in my case.. you guys really need to calm down. I am NOT going to do anything to anyone unless I see any proof. That !votekick was the right thing to do if you really wanted him gone, but I was not going to do anything, and I never will without proof. "z0mg h3s h4x1ng!1!11!!" isn't proof.

It's an IP ban, and Thunder's nick. Nothing I can do to change it

If someone shares the same computer then ALL names AND IPs need to be banned.
I understand that he MIGHT be innocent and he MIGHT be a different person, but there is no way to know. And even in cases where there is a cheater (confirmed) and a noncheater (definitely doesn't cheat) using the same IP ... both would be banned anyway.
It sucks for the innocent person, but I'm not taking any chances. We have to keep a very strict policy on cheating so that we're not wasting 90% of our admin time tracking down cheaters. For the rare cases that we find proof, we need to nail them hard in case the other 100 times they're a little more sneaky about it and we can't prove it.
