Pinnacle Studio anyone?

Ok, first off i'll ask if anyone has or uses this program. At the moment i have Pinnacle Studio 10.7, but we actually have studio 11, just not sure if we're gonna keep it or return it (i think we gonna keep so yay

) But i wanted to know if anyone has experience with studio and fraps. i've been trying to get my videos onto Studio, and i have been able to get them on there. (this is after converting them w/ media encoder, is this fine to do?) But when i try to play the movie, it lags the first 2 seconds, then stays at one picture. And i know its not freezing up becuz i can hear the audio playing fine. I was able to hear a conversation with Curt and Ace (i think? lol) but anyways if anyone has experience with this or any ideas on how to fix this help would be appreciated.

sounds like a codec problem, and you should return it then download a ripped version

I'm pretty sure there's a program called Pinnacle Trex that you can use for your videos w/ studio. any one heard of this program?

Just use windamp, quicken, or windows media. Free, and so much easier lol.

You never said that, but presuming you mean "take 5 videos and turn them into 1"
Well, I'm assuming you know how, but the visual is messing up.
1. To rule out the compressor.. don't compress the videos, just connect them. If you still have the same problem, its not your compressor. But, if it is fixed, just compress it after you've made it, and it should work.
2. Since you don't know how to google, i did it for you.. this topic looks right:
http://videomaker.com/community/forums/ ... -studio-11
Toad, what did i search you ask? pinnacle studio 11 no video audio help
Google and teachers say dont be specific. But being specific is what you want. Say, my WoW keeps disconnecting continuously:
world of warcraft disconnecting often help
Bam. 7 sites give me what I want.
Hope this fixes it :p

what type of video are you trying to put into the program... A while ago i was taking videos on my digi cam and wanted to put them all into one movie... I was using Adobe Premier forget which version but o well... I was having the same problem like visual was jumpy but audio kept playing fine...Anyways long story short I had to change a few import settings in Premier like ISO type and region PAL NTSC ,etc
