My dad has this mp3 player he wants me to get working for him. He uses it while he is out on his bmw bike.
Its a swurv5 iclick mp3. like 500mb or something im not sure. He got it from someone or another so i dont have a disc and or if it even came with one.
I plugged it into the usb port and it started doing the install thing. After it got done nothing happened. I cant figure out how to add or remove music from it.
any ideas?

If it's a Sony NetMD Walkman (uses small square disks), I could give you the software (would just have to rip from a CD).
If it's solid-state storage (same thing iPod uses), I would google around.

Smack the side of your computer a couple times. If that doesn't work, bang your hands on your keyboard. If all of the above fails, it helps to throw something against the wall.

All the programs i tried to sync the music didnt work. I tried wmp, added the files hit sync and it said the file was corrupt. Are they not in the right format or something?

When you plugged it in and 'installed' it, was that just the windows add hardware installer?
Its possible that you need custom software for the player. When I bought my zune, I couldnt use it until I had downloaded and installed the sync software.
Check the main website for the player, and see if it ships with a CD.
