Tsunami Gaming

I need some help with Night Regulator. I get it all, read the Readme, it tells me NOT to open NightRegulator.CAB, I got all that. I extracted it all to a folder called Night Regulator and double click setup as told to. Then it gives me this error..How could it not find it infront of it's eyes?!
Help, please? (sorry for the large image)

Notice the error says 'Could not open', NOT 'Could not find', there IS a difference. Check no other processes have the file open, and that setup.exe has read and execute permissions on that folder.

I still can't open it, I have permissions and such.
I checked properties and it's not read-only and stuff, so that's not the problem.
I checked my Processes and saw it anything was interfering with it.
I can't get a solution yet

What did you do to get it to work?

I extracted my stuff in :
C:\Program Files\EA Games\Command & Conquer The First Decade\Command & Conquer Renegade(tm)\Renegade\RenegadeFDS\Server\night regulator
Instead of :
C:\Westwood\RenegadeFDS\Server

I just ran the setup from there, it worked, I installed the files over to :
C:\Program Files\EA Games\Command & Conquer The First Decade\Command & Conquer Renegade(tm)\Renegade\RenegadeFDS\Server
And it all works out. But now I have another problem..I was looking through threads and it seems pretty common..how the heck do I fix THIS?!

In other topics it kinda confused me on how to fix this.

open up nrconfig.ini and find the line where it searches to open de renegadeserver.exe
adjust the path to where your renegadeserver.exe is located and your done

I can't find the line where renegadeserver.exe is. There's nothing on it.
Is it fdsdir?
