Taking a leave of absence
Posted: June 27th, 2008, 6:17 pm
It has long been fortold that I would be taking a semi-permanent leave of absence from the community. And that time has come.
I will be loosely engaged in TsuGaming through the end of TsuFest. Up until then, you should only come to me on MSN or through PM/email for emergencies that no one else can resolve. This is effective immediately.
After TsuFest is over, I will be 100% detached from the community. Spazer will hold generic authority for the community and Danpaul will hold all technical authority. For everything business related (hosting servers, customers, problems with the tsugaming public servers that Danpaul can't resolve or isn't around to resolve) you should talk to Nightma12.
Every once and awhile I will log into the forums to read the "Ask The Founder" forum to see if there are any issues. Depending on how much time I have, I will probably skim through some of the topics and check up on The Council to make sure they don't have any serious issues. But for the most part, you will be entirely in the hands of The Council and not me. As I have explained to The Council, I reserve the right to full authority over this community at any time (legally and recreationally) and will always be regarded as the sole owner.
If anyone has any questions about this, you may ask them here and either I or The Council will answer them.
On a more personal note: it has been an exciting evolution meeting all of you and experiencing so much with you. Back from the RT-E days when I was extremely active in Renegade and developing this community from the ground up ...... through the countless successes and failures of clans and subcommunities .... up until now. TsuGaming has become everything that I wanted it to be and now that I have taken things to a more professional level I can ensure it will survive for many many years to come. Take care, and I hope to see you around in the future when I stop in!
