Firefox Being Gay

It keeps deleting my add-on preferences like once a week (so I have to redo all of the settings). Is there any way to save my preferences or stop this from happening?

I had issues with thunder and fire..I cleaned them completely of my comp..Including manual file deleting
and reinstalled them. thing worked better after.

Well I have never touched IE since Firefox 1 first came out, except when using computers where I could not install Firefox for whatever reason. I carry a Firefox installer around with me on my USB stick so I can install it anywhere I go
