PS: Make sure you have game.exe set to XP SP2 compatibility mode (Right click on the shortcut, select Properties, go to the Compatibility tab, tick Compatibility Mode and select Windows XP SP2 from the list, then hit OK), and if that still does not work also try running it in Admin mode (right click on the shortcut and choose Run As Administrator). If this works you can set it to always run in Admin mode by ticking the option in the same place as before.
