GREAT OPPORTUNITY!

I am looking for someone to help create and manage a lobby war system that woud operate much like a clanwar system. This site/forums/teamspeak/etc. would be dedicated to providing resources that would help bring more people together for lobby wars (and no, this is not just for Renegade).

PHP coding experience is flexible to start. But eventually I'll need a pro. No beginners. Forum management experience is a must.

Admins will be required to be extremely active (checking email/forums at least once per hour). Since this is a lobby war site, active participation of the admin is critical to its success.

What the heck is a lobby war anyway? Something to do with lobbing insults at each other?

A bunch of people join a Teamspeak or something with the intent to play a certain game, captains are then chosen, who in turn choose teams. The two teams then go to separate channels and play a funwar.

So... why does this require special coding or management?

Because fl00d3d has WAY too many ideas. >=)

I'm still looking for anyone interested in this.

Consider this a "professional venture". This project will have high visibility (potentially millions of active users) as well as profit-potential.

I'm looking for both CODERS and EXPERIENCED league/tournament managers. Mostly coders. I'm not set on a language yet, but PHP is preferred. Next pick would probably be C#.

This is going to be a database-intense/interactive website.

Time is something you must have plenty of if you're going to be of any use to me and this project. Sorry.

I could help you out if you want. Depending on what you need.

If you need someone to manage it for you, then I'd be good at it. But if you need someone to code stuff, then I'd look elsewhere.
