So the point of this is, sh*t crashed and you people have apparently never seen that happen before?

When you login to XWIS and get a blank server listing it ussually means that you logged in wrong, wrong password or the account was deleted. If you cant get into a server after you just crashed out of one just logout and log back in and sh*t should work.
