Services Downtime - Mon 13th July

Due to server hardware modifications we are expecting to have several hours of downtime sometime on Monday the 13th of July. Services will be restored as soon as possible following the modifications. I can't give you any exact times because... I don't have them!
Incidentally the Windows 7 RTM is expected to be released the same day, so if your a Technet or MSDN subscriber keep an eye out for it
If your not... well you have to wait until October 22nd to get Windows 7...

We're still in the process of doing these migrations.
Services should not have been affected much yesterday... but will definitely be affected today. This could not be avoided.
Teamspeak IP will be changing as well. Or you can use ts.tsugaming.com.

the ren servers are already in the process of being transfered to the new box - which is why they are down

Similar specs to our old box, but faster hard drives so the game servers don't lag (twice as fast). And we don't move every month. Sometimes changes can't be avoided. It's part of a business decision which affects TsuGaming.

We've broken our hosting components into pieces, so that when one thing goes down they all don't go down.
That being said, the webserver's piece doesn't require as many resources - so it was "downgraded". Which may be why from time to time you notice it a little sluggish. But it's definitely performing "normal" atm.
We've optimized our server so that things like webhosting aren't perfect while gameservers lag. The priorities have reversed, and you should notice significant improvement with all our gameservers.

Yes, CoD 4 now doesn't lag when Mutation is full. The site is normal for me now too.
