Forum Index : Right Sidebar

I have updated the forum index to include the right sidebar used elsewhere on the site. In order to keep the forum list readable I stripped out the Topics and Posts columns and added a '# posts in # topics' paragraph to each forums description.

Looks nice Dan. One thing I did notice is the 'Mark forums read' link - it doesn't have enough space now that the center content's size was shortened. Other than that, looks nice.

VERY nice! I'm glad this has finally been completed.
Now we just gotta work on block placement.
