WebSite Reporting help plz & Renstat error 13

OK i would like to use this
But there is nowhere that tells me how to set this up, as in the rec stuff.
1 the website in the 2nd pic takes you to a pr0n site ;q.
2 how do i set up my sql database for this?
I get these errors?
OK and for the RenStats i have it installed to C:\Westwood\NightRegulator\RenStat, but it gives me a runtime error 13, how do i fix this?
