List of supported processors:
AMD Phenom FX, (hoity toity version)
AMD Phenom X4, (Quad core)
AMD Phenom X3, (tri core)
AMD Athlon X2,(dual core)
AMD Athlon, (single core?)
AMD Sempron X2, (dual core shitty)
AMD Sempron (shitty)
Thats essentially a list from awesome to crappy being at the bottom. Decide on your budget and hunt around for those. For Gaming I wouldn't take anything less than an Phenom X3, unless your videocard is from the stone age (better post what kind it is).
Whatever ram you decide, it has to be DDR2. Higher latency is faster, even though you won't notice much speed with high latency and that motherboard, so cheap is alright. Yours supports up to 1200 latency. Dont get more than 4 gigs, pointless.
Dont forget about the Operating system ( Vista or 7) and a processor cooler if the one you buy doesnt come with one. In a week I might be able to sell you vista for cheap if you like.
That PSU is cheap, you take a risk with cheap ones. I always get Corsair, but your call.

I'm too lazy to read through all of this right now (hey, at least I'm honest right?)...
But I can tell you that more cores and more cache is way more important than speed. If you're building a gaming rig that you're expecting to be game intensive, I'd go more for cache than cores if you had to choose. If the computer will be used for gaming, but also a lot of other things - then you might want to er more on the side of "multitasking" friendly and get strong cores. My 2 cents for now.

lol flood.
Hate to break it to you sinestro, but that is a pretty terrible video card.
You will run Ren maxed no doubt, same with Generals, but any new games will be on the lowest settings.
XP 64bit will work fine, ensure its patched though. Also will only support up to directX9.
Same one as mine:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.a ... -_-Product
It can run any game so far on high, if not highest.... and its not even that new anymore (game "graphics" pretty much leveled out 2 years ago)
Could also go with one of these:

If you insist on keeping the card you have, then thats ok, but the rest of the system would be kind of overkill.

Yes flooded, its very nice. Do I get one too?
Im gonna be downgrading my laptop, actually. The alienware is nice but I need something that lasts for longer than an hour on battery. Problem is, usually thin and light and battery saving = crappyish graphics. c'est la vie.
Yeah Sinstro, that drive should work just fine. And yeah upgrading the video card down the road works too. 700watts kinda seems excessive, you probably only need a 500.

yea i have a Sony VAIO FW and it only has a 3 hour battery life due to the 1080p screen and it being 17in thats why its almost always plugged in.
