I'm interested, but I want to know exactly what I will be doing. I ran a UT3 Server before for some friends when we played so I know I can learn how to manage it.

It's been so long since I've tinkered with that thing, and it was with the RenX mod which was a b*tch to setup lol. Is it on the same VPS setup that the old one was on?

no, yourll have a web login to be able to edit things. You dont hve to mess with the server itself. The web panel does everything for you. Which is why i mentioned no technical knowledge required
