my nr is acting wierd

when i select a name in the mod list it get deselected somehow
i am trying to move names around
when i select a name i go to change level i click ok after picking a new level for the name and it say i must select a name when i know i selected a name
same with the other features in the mod list area
only addmod and viplist and the permissions buttons for both ingame and irc powers work
i never tryed deop list but i dont want to use that
