Hmm, it appears to not be working properly. I'll look into this for you.
Edit: this appears to be related to the URL provided on that site. You need an exact path to the .swf file. Let me see if I can find it for you.

I'm going to see if I can find a more user-friendly custom BBcode for this. This one is terrible imo.

Looks like that site is down. It gave the wrong URL anyway. That URL was just a way to preview the item locally. If you want to embed it on another site such as this you need to view the page source code and then use that URL.
I also needed to create a custom BBcode for auto playing SWF - which is a security risk. So it's not available to all users. I'd have to setup the sig for you (if you wanted auto play flash in your sig).
