Tsunami Gaming

Effective immediately, a position has been established known as "Clan Manager". This position will be a council position as it holds great importance in the community.

Responsibilities include:

• Recruiting clans and guilds to Tsunami Gaming and spreading the word about what we offer to clans and guilds.
• Answering any questions people have about clans/guilds in Tsunami Gaming (ie. how to start a new clan, what they get if they join, if they can have X Y or Z, etc)
• Walking new clans through the steps of becoming a part of TsuGaming.
• Supervising the development of clans and guilds and reporting their progress to the council
• Developing a relationship between the clans and the community and ensuring their needs are met.

This position is an important one, as I've already said. It will require a bit of personal time at least once or twice a month so that statistics (ie. number of members, increase of their forum traffic, etc.) about the clan can be monitored and reported. It will also take a great deal of patience and leadership to maintain healthy relationships with not only our current clans but with clans that are undecided on whether or not they want to join TsuGaming.

I have appointed Crazyreb to this position.

The position he fills is a representative type position, which means that he is on the council and can vote, but he can be voted out of this position by the council if he fails to accomplish his responsibilities to the community.
