Plz Help If You Can

When i try to start my server it says NightRegulator v0.3.5 BETA 8h Debugger - ERROR ENCOUNTERED 0 DETAILS: "Run- Time error 53 has occurred! File not found: FDSTalk.dll",IN FILE: 'NRcore.dll -- FDS
Can anyone help me fix this because im real excited right now but its kinda hard to be when i cant start the server!!!

OS = Operating System
Windows XP, Windows 2000, Windows 95, etc

Please Help, i can finnaly start my server but it is hard to see any chat when i got this message flashing across my screen 20 times a second, sorry if i didnt ask this in a smart way but i dont know how i could do it any better. My OS is Windows XP

Well, I just read this stuff cause i dont know much about the insides of NR, but i have seen that stuff before on the TSU AOW server. So, wait for Nightma12 or another NR user to help you

go to NR Settings and try switching off FDS Logging
