^ someone got banned for bighead and it turns out it was a glitch. does that mean that now whenever someone gets banned for bighead they can say omg it was a GlitCHS? no. they would have to prove it with ss of the file and tons of other stuff. so idk why this should be any different.

nate, shut the f*ck up, you have no experience with this, and it really seems like you just have a vendetta against aprilwar. This has personally happened to me, and other mods here, and danpaul created a regulator for renegade, and has much more experience with this then you. As I have told all of you, this happens on accident all of the time. And has happenned to atleast 2 of us (toad and I), when we certainly were not cheating. It happens.

chill. i would have said this if it was any mod. and no i don not like aprilwar because i believe he cheats. if you are standing still, how can you blame lag? id like you and toad to tell your stories of how and why you were banned.

if anything, im betting it was because the afk clock was running and he hadnt covered the distance to cancel it when he pt'd. whats nr's distance requirement to cancel that?

just to further prove that nate has a vendetta against aprilwar: here are irc logs, where I'm telling him that rgh does not have pt hack, then he lies to me about it... he is obviously just trying to get aprilwar in sh*t.

Then, I tried to stop talking to him, and he revealed to me that he can lie on irc to anyone if he wants to, because its not the forums.

Anyways, the entire point of my posting all of this is because anything nate has said in this topic should be disregarded, and to further my point that april wasn't cheating. RGH does not have pt hack, as nate tried to argue then lied about. It was clearly an accident.

idc really. i lied to spurs in irc. i shouldnt have. but i really thought it was part of rgh and spurs was being an arrogant son-of-a-b*tch. its not like i edited logs *cough* spurs *cough*. and i already told Toad i quit being mod. i honestly have nothing against aprilwar. i just think he cheats. i honestly do. and as you can see from those screenshots, i actually said that if there was any proof or even a better story for aprilwar i wouldnt care.

For the record: RGH does include "PT Anywhere" hack.

Anyway, Toad has taken the time to speak with Nightma12 and Danpaul ... as well as myself ... on this issue, and we are under the general consensus that this was the result of a BIATCH/NR bug. We're still investigating some things to fine tune exactly what was going on at the time, but right now all signs point to "no cheat - just a bug". He has therefore been unbanned by Toad (at his discretion).

The only thing I'd like to add is: Nate is entitled to his opinion (as is anyone), but if he was caught lying I would suggest Toad completely remove his moderator status. I'd also like to point out that AprilWar is a higher level mod, so if Nate is going to disrespect him in any way (or discuss accusations outside of the facts of this case) he needs to do it privately in the Mod Forums.

This topic, however, can remain here.
