The only advantage to having it on TsuFiles is that you'd have to have a TsuGaming.com account in order to download the file. And possibly hotlinking. Like I said, eventually Danpaul can get it moved into TsuFiles.

When you create the new Renegade site, make a download section. Then have a link to something like "Download C&C:Renegade" and make it redirect to a special page that looks like my post above. That way when people want to download the game they can just go to like http://renegade.tsugaming.com/files/downloads/ccrenegade.php or something (and it won't matter where the files are stored).

But for the record, NO ... the game is not loaded into "tsufiles" (the TsuGaming download section) because I did a manual upload. Maybe Danpaul can get it entered into the TsuFiles system.

I have created two ISOs (one for each disc) and I'm currently compressing them (into a .rar). I set the option to use maximum compression (reduce file size, thus making the download a little faster) ....... and will upload this to the TsuGaming website overnight.

When it's done uploading tomorrow, I will provide a link in this topic - and have BassAce (http://renegade.tsugaming.com webmaster) create a link for the download for future ease of use.

lol he just told me he cant even turn his computer on now. *sigh*

well if you do actually own the game its perfectly legal to download a seperate copy, atleast thats how it was back in the day when roms were real popular

Nah it's fine for me.

1. Run the uninstall program located in the Renegade folder.
2. Delete the remains of the Renegade folder.
3. Install Renegade (restart first if you want to be extra careful).
4. Download patch v1.037.
5. Install scripts.
6. Install skins.

Works every time for me.

Except the installer will keep insisting it's already installed if you don't remove the registry entry.... never question the registry! It is always right.... as far as most installers are concerned anyway.
