that is the message i get when i try to start up NR. i was told to open NRconfig.ini and change value, but wat value is it i change?

i have a file in Logs called FDS, and there is FDScommand.cls; FDSperm.frm ; FDSperm.frx; FDSRperm.frm; FDSRperm.frx; FDSTalk.dll; thats all the files i have with FDS.

other than those files, there is nothing except the blehs cuz i havent launched the server yet
