If you are interested in any of the following staff positions, please apply in this post.

Here are the positions we are currently looking to fill

--Webmaster/Web Team

Game Developers/Modders
Description: To help create modifications for games, develop control panels, provide input on game server security, etc.
--At least 15 years of age.
--Extensive knowledge of game engines and mod processes.
--Modding experience of at least one popular game.
--The ability to read and respond to forum posts once a day; every day.
--C/C++ knowledge (moderate)

Webmaster/Web Team
Description: To setup, run, and maintain the community website and its forums.
--At least 16 years of age
--Experience running an active website
--Expert HTML knowledge
--PHP4 experience (more than average skill)
--MySQL4 experience (more than average skill)
--A lot of experience with phpBB
--Some experience with phpNuke (phpNuke Plantinum is a plus)

FPS, RPG, RTS Recruiters
Description: Responsible for finding FPS, RPG, or RTS gamers and helping them to find interest in this community by providing information on their forums, answering questions, etc. This position will require active participation every single day of the week.
--At least 16 years of age
--High level of maturity, organization, and professionalism
--Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal)
--Exceptional knowledge of how this community works and functions
--Active participation on the forums (multiple posts per day, all around the community)
--Knowledge/experience of the game genre they're applying for (eg. if you're applying for the FPS Recruiter position, you must have FPS gaming experience or knowledge)

Please do not apply for the position if you do not meet all of the requirements. These requirements were set as minimum requirements for a very good reason. We need people that are 100% able to do the job, and for this reason we are picky about who is eligible to fill the position.

I know its not listed as an option to fill, but I could be part of relations team. Me and crebjr play in all snipe servers, and know alot of people. Together we could improve relations with other communities and organize community matches.
If this position is not one you are looking for I apply for the FPS(Rene)/RTS(C&C3) recruiter.

Corbin, thats not the easiest job to do... you need to try and get other people to come in and create clans, and recruit people from games, and manage it all. Really I think you would be better being Clan leader better. Tell you what, since C&C3 comes out soon and you were interested in making a clan for that game, I will be co-leader with you? SInce Im not the RTS leader anymore..

Just to clarify: the FPS, RPG, and RTS Recruiter positions are three separate positions.

Also worth noting: All of these jobs are very serious considerations. We're in absolutely NO rush to fill the position. I'd rather have a qualified candidate in the position than someone who won't be able to do the job up to my expectations. This is another reason why there are age limitations on the positions.

The only game I'd be qualified to recruit for is Generals/ZH, and I've decided that's futile, at least for the caliber of players we're looking for, and honestly, we don't even have a ZH clan anymore. When C&C3 comes out in about 6 weeks I think we'll be able to do more with the RTS thing, and I'd be able to devote tons of time to it (not every day of the week but more than 24 hours a week for sure) Anything you need, let me know.

Brian, you're old enough and "ideal" ... but you haven't been around much recently. If you're interested in doing something - let me know SPECIFICALLY which of the above positions you'd like to fill and what your schedule will be like. If you can't be active enough to lead something, that's fine ... you can still hang out. But I'd rather make sure these positions are filled by people who are going to remain active. You know what I mean...

ooooo flood you really told him, Wod is still around just ZH isnt i went on last night and there is hardly any games, RA2 had more :(i guess zh isnt a c;assic like ra2 is, ill deffently have my new pc bthe time c and c 3 is around so if people like WoD can convert to c and c 3 and i have stated so many times and spazers wants to be co leaders off

but dj doesnt like "Wave of Discretion " name, i should run a poll to see if we get a new name

I don't know why you guys are saying I "told" Brian or "good try". I said he's ideal and I said it for a reason. I simply asked him to comit to the position if he was interested - because he hasn't been on much recently.
