I banned this person because I witnessed them cheating. I didn't ban "SarahClar", so if "SarahClar" was banned obviously they have the same IP. Anyway, here is your "counter-argument":

!nick wouldn't work for me at all, for some reason - and killer told me he got 46 IP's? I only got 4.. from whatever I had, it was convincing, but apparently it isn't conclusive.

Need to fix my IRC client it seems, I have some stupid flood protection thing after I receive like 4 lines of messages -.-

Unless other senior mods agree with my decision to permanently ban SarahClar ... I've demoted the permanent ban to a temporary ban (one week) while we talk about it.

Personally, from what I witnessed first hand, I was convinced it was a cheat. And 'SarahClar' has definitely tried to ban evade since being banned.

Nonetheless, it has been reduced to a temp ban for now. Should SarahClar continue to ban evade it will be promoted to a full/permanent ban regardless of what the final outcome of this discussion is.

In a day and age that anticheats simply do not work, you have to rely on instincts and common sense. Though I'm not "all knowing" I think I made a fair decision by temp banning someone I believe cheated.

Holly crap to start yes i use IRLtard, and no i dont cheat. From my pov u guyys where comin down the stairs and i was shootin u before u got out of tunnel. then my ping spiked coming out of tunnel and sh*t slowed down and i kept firing then i was dead; it did that wierd sh*t where you zoom 20ft away to your dead body. Then i respwaned in ref and as i was coming out it said I killed u. So that is what happened on my side. As far as playing at your server I have had more fun their then at others so I would like to keep playing.

No doubt, something really f*cked up happened ... but I'm giving you the benefit of the doubt this time.
